1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms govern the use of services and assets provided by Lost My Puppy Publishing, including:
• NFT MY PET — free tribute NFTs honoring pets.
• Lost My Puppy NFT — collectible digital dogs for symbolic companionship.
• 5star.domains — NFT-linked domain transfers for trusted stewardship of high-value domains.
By participating in any of these projects, you agree to the following principles and service conditions.
2. Purpose of Each Project
• NFT MY PET: Offers free, one-per-customer tribute NFTs honoring pets. These are emotional keepsakes, not commercial products.
• Lost My Puppy NFT: Features collectible digital dogs for personal enjoyment and symbolic companionship.
• 5star.domains: Uses NFT-linked transfers to honor identity and facilitate trusted stewardship of high-value domains.
3. Non-Commercial Nature
All NFTs are artistic expressions. They:
• Carry no guaranteed monetary value, utility, or resale potential.
• Are not intended as financial instruments or investment assets.
• Should not be misinterpreted as solicitations for commercial activity.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
• Lost My Puppy Publishing retains rights to all original artwork and branded content.
• Submitted photos must be original and personally owned.
• Recipients may use NFTs for personal or non-commercial display but must not reproduce, sell, or claim project assets as their own IP.
5. Derivative Works & Commercial Use Clause
By submitting pet images to NFT MY PET, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to create, distribute, and sell derivative works based on the submitted images. These may include stylistic variations, artistic reinterpretations, or modified versions for future collections.
NFT MY PET retains the right to commercialize these variants at its discretion, provided they do not misrepresent or harm the pet’s likeness or owner’s identity.
Derivative works include:
• Modifications to visual elements (e.g., posture, breed, lighting).
• Reuse in new media formats (e.g., video, AR, print).
• Symbolic reinterpretations that alter emotional or narrative context.
Collectors may not create derivative works without prior written permission.
6. Commercial Use
• Ownership of an NFT MY PET token does not grant commercial rights to the underlying artwork, inscription, or metadata unless explicitly licensed.
• Personal use is permitted, including display, resale, and inclusion in non-commercial tribute projects.
• Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, advertising, brand collaborations) requires a separate license agreement.
• Smart contracts may enforce royalty payments or usage restrictions for commercial deployment.
• NFT MY PET may release optional paid variants of tribute NFTs, but these do not affect entitlement to the original free token.

All digital assets are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding:
• NFT availability or future platform features.
• Third-party compatibility or wallet access.
• Ongoing performance or technical support.
We are not responsible for:
• Wallet provider errors or downtime.
• Loss of access due to wallet mismanagement.
• Misuse or misrepresentation of NFTs or domains by users.

1. Introduction
Agreement between customer (“you,” “your”) and 5star.domains (“Company,” “we,” “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, which govern domain registration, transfer, renewal, and related services.
2. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3. Account Registration and Security
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
4. Domain Registration
• Domains are registered on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
• Registration is subject to availability and compliance with ICANN and registry rules.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your domain name does not infringe on third‑party rights.
5. Domain Transfers
• Transfers may take up to 30 business days to complete once all required authorizations are received.
• Timelines may vary due to registrar protocols, verification procedures, or external factors.
• We will make commercially reasonable efforts to expedite transfers and provide status updates.
• Delays caused by third‑party registrars, registries, or customer inaction are not the responsibility of 5star.domains.
6. Domain Renewals and Expiration
• You are responsible for renewing domains before expiration.
• Failure to renew may result in suspension or permanent loss of the domain.
• We may send renewal reminders, but responsibility remains with the customer.
7. Payments and Billing
• Fees for registration, transfer, and renewal must be paid in full at the time of order.
• All payments are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services for non‑payment.
8. Acceptable Use
• You agree not to use domains or services for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Prohibited activities include spamming, phishing, distributing malware, or violating intellectual property rights.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited use.
9. Service Availability
• We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
• Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
10. Limitation of Liability
• 5star.domains is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in dispute.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 5star.domains from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
12. Dispute Resolution
• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Shelby County-Memphis, Tennessee.
• You waive the right to participate in class actions against 5star.domains.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the state laws of Tennessee, United States of America.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
