These terms govern the use of services and assets provided by Lost My Puppy Publishing, including Lost My Puppy NFT, NFT MY PET, and 5 Star Domains.
By participating, you agree to the following principles:
🎯 Purpose of Each Project
- NFT MY PET offers free, one-per-customer tribute NFTs honoring pets. These are emotional keepsakes, not commercial products.
- Lost My Puppy NFT features collectible digital dogs for personal enjoyment and symbolic companionship.
- 5 Star Domains uses NFT-linked transfers to honor identity and facilitate trusted stewardship of high value domains.
🎨 Non-Commercial Nature
All NFTs are artistic expressions. They:
- Carry no guaranteed monetary value, utility, or resale potential
- Are not intended as financial instruments or investment assets
- Should not be misinterpreted as solicitations for commercial activity
🖼️ Ownership & Intellectual Property
While recipients may use their NFTs for personal or non-commercial display:
- Lost My Puppy Publishing retains rights to all original artwork and branded content
- Submitted photos must be original and personally owned
- Recipients must not reproduce, sell, or claim project assets as their own IP
🧾Derivative Works & Commercial Use Clause:
By submitting pet images to NFT MY PET, the user grants NFT MY PET a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to create, distribute, and sell derivative works based on the submitted images. These may include stylistic variations, artistic reinterpretations, or other modified versions for use in future collections or products. NFT MY PET retains the right to commercialize these variants at its discretion, provided they do not misrepresent or harm the pet's likeness or owner's identity.
NFT MY PET tokens may include visual, textual, or symbolic content that is protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. Unless explicitly licensed otherwise:
- Collectors may not create derivative works (e.g., edits, remixes, animations, merchandise) based on NFT MY PET content without prior written permission.
- “Derivative Works” include any transformation, adaptation, or reinterpretation of the original NFT content, including but not limited to:
- Modifications to visual elements (e.g., posture, breed, lighting)
- Reuse in new media formats (e.g., video, AR, print)
- Symbolic reinterpretations that alter emotional or narrative context
💼 Commercial Use
Ownership of an NFT MY PET token does not grant commercial rights to the underlying artwork, inscription, or metadata unless explicitly stated in the token’s license.
- Personal use is permitted, including display, resale, and inclusion in non-commercial tribute projects.
- Commercial use (e.g., selling merchandise, using in advertising, or brand collaborations) requires a separate license agreement.
- Smart contracts may enforce royalty payments or usage restrictions for any commercial deployment.
- NFT MY PET reserves the right to create and offer additional versions or interpretations of your tribute NFT for sale. However, these optional releases will not affect your entitlement to the original token—your free tribute NFT will be delivered as promised, with no obligation or expectation to purchase any paid variants.

All digital assets are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding:
- NFT availability or future platform features
- Third-party compatibility or wallet access
- Ongoing performance or technical support
We are not responsible for:
- Wallet provider errors or downtime
- Loss of access due to wallet mismanagement
- Misuse or misrepresentation of NFTs or domains by users

We may revise these terms to reflect legal updates, platform changes, or project direction. All changes will be posted with a new effective date.
